01 · VIDEURO
About the platform
What is Videuro?
Videuro is a Europe-focused video discovery guide.
It organises destinations, visual stories and useful
context so visitors can understand places through more
than a traditional list of attractions.
Is Videuro a booking website?
No. Videuro is designed primarily for discovery,
destination understanding and inspiration. Information
should be independently checked before making important
travel, financial, legal or safety decisions.
Why is Videuro focused on Europe?
The product is intentionally organised around European
destinations. A focused geographic scope lets the site
build deeper country pages instead of becoming a generic
worldwide content feed.
How should I use Videuro?
Choose a destination, explore its stories and context,
compare places that interest you, then use those insights
as one part of your wider travel research.
02 · CONTENT
Videos and destination information
Does Videuro own every video shown on the site?
No. Many video stories originate from external public
sources. Videuro organises and presents useful destination
discovery while preserving links to the original source.
Why are only selected videos shown?
Videuro is designed around usefulness rather than an
unlimited feed. The goal is to show material that adds
destination context instead of filling pages with
repetitive or weak content.
Can information become outdated?
Yes. Travel conditions, businesses, local rules,
availability and external videos can change.
Visitors should verify time-sensitive information
using appropriate current sources.
What if a country or video is shown incorrectly?
Contact us with the exact page URL and the correction
you believe is needed. Clear source information helps
us understand the issue faster.
Why do some videos open on another website?
Videuro can reference external video sources.
Opening the original source gives visitors direct access
to the publisher and source platform.
03 · SUBMISSIONS
Submitting a video
Do I upload a video file to Videuro?
The public submission workflow is based on a video URL.
You submit the public source link rather than uploading
a duplicate large video file.
What happens after I submit a link?
The submission is checked for destination relevance,
category and suitability before it can become part of
the public destination experience.
Is every submitted video automatically published?
No. Public submission does not mean automatic publication.
Submissions can be reviewed, approved or rejected.
What makes a useful submission?
Strong submissions clearly relate to a European place
and help viewers understand local life, culture,
landscape, history, food, travel experience or another
meaningful part of the destination.
What can cause a submission to be rejected?
Examples include broken links, duplicate material,
misleading destination information, spam, weak relevance
or content that does not add useful destination value.
04 · ACCOUNTS
Profiles and accounts
Do I need an account to explore Videuro?
Public destination discovery can be explored without
turning every visit into an account workflow.
Account features are used where personal profile or
member functionality is relevant.
What information can be stored in my profile?
Account information can include your name, email,
password hash and optional profile information you choose
to provide. Review the Privacy page for the current policy.
Can I update my profile?
Yes. Signed-in users can use the profile area to update
the profile information made available by Videuro.
What should I do if I cannot access my account?
Use the Contact page and provide the account email and
a clear explanation. Never send your password through
the contact form.
05 · TRUST
Privacy, safety and responsibility
Does Videuro sell personal information?
The current Videuro Privacy policy states that personal

How are passwords stored?
Videuro's current Privacy policy states that passwords
are stored using one-way password hashing.
Users should still keep passwords private and unique.
Can I ask about deletion or my stored information?
Yes. The current Privacy policy directs users to contact
Videuro regarding account deletion or a copy of stored
information.
Is Videuro professional travel or safety advice?
No. Videuro provides destination discovery and general
information. Important travel, legal, medical, financial
and safety decisions should rely on appropriate current
authoritative sources.
